Lyrical Dance Classes
Lyrical dance is a combination of jazz and ballet--faster than ballet, but not as fast as jazz. Lyrical dance is expressive and features smooth, graceful moves, high jumps, and fluid turns. It combines technical elements of ballet with the freedom of jazz, contemporary and modern dance. Many lyrical dance routines are performed to music with words where choreography is based on the song lyrics.
