Santa Teresa Academy of Music and Dance offers Music for Little Mozarts group classes, a music and movement program specifically written for students at the preschool and kindergarten level (ages 4-6 years old). With the help of characters Mozart Mouse and Beethoven Bear, young children develop singing, movement, and listening skills while being introduced to musical styles and concepts. Each week will be a fun and exciting musical adventure with Mozart Mouse and Beethoven Bear! The award winning curriculum was developed from cutting-edge early childhood music research. This class is an introduction course to encourage a love of music, not instruction in a specific instrument so no instrument is needed for home practice. At the end of the year the teacher will be able to advise parents on how to continue their child’s music education.

Music for Little Mozarts private piano lessons is a piano, music and movement curriculum specifically designed for preschoolers. The course centers on the adventures of Mozart Mouse and Beethoven Bear as they learn about music. As their adventures unfold throughout each book, they introduce the students to new musical concepts and piano performance pieces. Classes are private one-on-one instruction that meet once a week for 30 minutes. A piano or keyboard at home is required for home practice.
